Mind Over Maul

This is my FMP Documentary that I made during my final year of University at Solent. Mind Over Maul is a chronicle of Cameron Falcus and Murray Dewar, two grassroots rugby union players, on how rugby has individually affected their mental health.

As they narrate their experiences, they uncover coping mechanisms that could help anyone watching. In addition, shedding light on what rugby is actually like for the players and how the community is more than just lads and beer.
